Community guidelines
Last updated: 14 July 2026
Rubric Student's community exists to help students learn from each other. Sharing apuntes is a gift to the next student. These rules keep it useful, fair and legal.
1. Share your own work
- Only publish study notes that are your own work, or that you have the right to share.
- Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own: textbook pages, publisher slides, past exam papers, or a professor's materials, unless you have permission.
- Do not share answer keys or solutions to graded assignments or exams that are still in use.
2. Learning first, not cheating
- The community is for understanding and studying, not for copying or academic dishonesty.
- Follow your institution's academic-integrity rules. Using shared notes to cheat can breach them.
3. Be accurate and respectful
- Tag your notes honestly (school, course, professor, language) so people find what they need.
- No personal data about others, no harassment, no hateful, illegal or harmful content.
4. Reporting & takedown
- Anyone can report notes that break these rules. Reported notes may be hidden automatically pending review.
- If you are a rights-holder and believe content infringes your copyright, report it and we will act promptly.
- We may remove content or accounts that breach these guidelines.
5. Your licence to us and other students
When you publish notes to the community, you grant Rubric and other students a non-exclusive licence to view and study them within Rubric. You keep ownership, and you can remove your notes from the community at any time.
